Terms & Conditions: Swipey Reactivation Rewards Campaign

The Swipey Reactivation Rewards Campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Swipey"). By participating in this Campaign, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, alongside Swipey’s General Terms of Service.

1. Campaign Period and Participation Window

  • Campaign Duration: The Campaign officially commences at 00:00 (GMT+8) on 25th February 2026 and concludes at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 10th March 2026 ("Campaign Period").
  • The 14-Day Claim Rule: All rewards and benefits associated with this Campaign must be claimed or activated within 14 calendar days from the date the initial campaign notification is dispatched on 25th February 2026.
  • Firm Cutoff: Eligibility for rewards expires strictly at the end of this 14-day window, regardless of when the Participant acknowledges or opens the communication. Swipey's obligation to notify is fulfilled upon dispatch of the campaign communication. Non-receipt due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or any technical issue outside of Swipey's control does not extend the Campaign Period or the 14-day claim window.

2. Participant Eligibility

  • Verification Requirement: Participation in this Campaign is by invitation only. Swipey reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, which verified users are eligible to receive campaign invitations. Receipt of an invitation does not constitute a guarantee of reward fulfilment if eligibility criteria are not met. To be eligible, a Participant must be a fully onboarded and verified user of Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. solutions. Verification is defined as the successful upload and approval of the Participant's SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) documentation.  Swipey reserves the right to disqualify a Participant at any point during the Campaign Period if the Participant's account status changes in a manner that renders them ineligible, including but not limited to account suspension, fraud flags, or breach of the General Terms of Service.
  • Account Status: This offer is open to all verified users regardless of their original account creation date, provided they meet the specific reward criteria outlined below.

3. Reward 1: RM50 Reactivation Credit

  • The Benefit: Eligible Participants will receive a one-time credit of RM50.00 into their Swipey Master Account. The RM50 Reactivation Credit will be credited to the Participant's Master Account within 5 business days of the Participant completing eKYC verification during the Campaign Period.
  • Utilization and Expiry: The RM50 Reactivation Credit must be utilized for transactions within 30 calendar days from the date of issuance ("Utilization Period"). Any remaining or unspent balance at the end of the Utilization Period will be automatically forfeited and permanently debited from the Participant's account without further notice. The Utilization Period runs independently of the Campaign Period end date. Credits issued on or before 10th March 2026 will remain valid for 30 days from their respective date of issuance, even where this extends beyond the Campaign Period end date of 10th March 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, the Campaign Period governs eligibility for and issuance of all rewards. Any campaign milestone or task (including but not limited to completing a transaction, activating a card, or making a deposit) completed after the Campaign Period ends on 10th March 2026 will not qualify the Participant for any outstanding or unclaimed rewards, regardless of whether the RM50 credit remains within its active Utilization Period.
  • Withdrawal Restrictions: This credit is strictly non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to external bank accounts, or redeemed for any other form of credit.
  • Usage: There are no category-specific spending restrictions; the credit may be used for any legitimate business expenditure supported by the Swipey platform.

4. Reward 2 & 3: Free Virtual and Physical Cards

  • Issuance of the Virtual Card is conditional upon the Participant completing eKYC verification within the Campaign Period. The Physical Card will only be made available once the Participant has successfully activated their Virtual Card and completed their first transaction.
  • Issuance Fees: Swipey hereby waives the standard issuance and application fees (RM0.00) for one (1) Virtual Card and one (1) Physical Card per verified Participant.
  • Maintenance Fees: No monthly or annual recurring maintenance or subscription fees shall apply to the cards issued under this Campaign.
  • Delivery Fees: The cost of logistics and shipping for the delivery of the Physical Card to the Participant’s registered business address within Malaysia is fully waived (RM0.00). Swipey's obligation to deliver the Physical Card is fulfilled upon handover to the designated courier partner. In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect or inaccessible address provided by the Participant, Swipey reserves the right to charge standard re-delivery fees for any subsequent delivery attempts. Address changes must be submitted no later than 3 business days after the Participant requests the Physical Card.

5. Reward 4: 1% Deposit Cashback

  • Qualifying Trigger: To qualify for the cashback reward, the Participant must execute a minimum deposit of RM500.00 into their Swipey Master Account during the Campaign Period.
  • Calculation: The cashback reward is calculated at 1% of the qualifying deposit amount, subject to a maximum cashback of RM50.00 per Participant regardless of the total amount deposited.
  • No Spend Requirement: This reward is triggered solely by the deposit event. The Participant is not required to spend the deposited funds in order to earn the cashback.
  • Fulfilment: Cashback rewards will be credited to the Participant's Master Account by the 20th day of the month following the month in which the qualifying deposit was made.
  • Force Majeure: Swipey shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil cashback obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to system outages, banking partner delays, regulatory changes, or acts of God. In such cases, Swipey will make reasonable efforts to fulfil obligations once normal operations resume.

6. Conduct, Fraud, and Disqualification

  • Sole Determiner: Swipey shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
  • Prohibited Activity:Swipey reserves the right to prohibit participation or reverse rewards if a Participant is suspected of:
    • Violating these Terms or the General Terms of Service.
    • Damaging, tampering with, or corrupting the operation of the Campaign or the Swipey site.
    • Activity deemed inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.
    • Swipey reserves the right to debit any rewards already credited to a Participant's account if subsequent investigation reveals that the Participant obtained such rewards through fraudulent, deceptive, or ineligible means. Such debits may occur after the Campaign Period ends.

7. Liability, Release, and Indemnification

  • Binding Effect: By participating, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to participate.
  • Release of Liability: Participants release Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd., its parent company, and their respective directors and employees from any liability for loss, harm, or damages arising out of the Program or the use of rewards.
  • Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Swipey and its agents harmless from any third-party claims, demands, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from a breach of these Terms or a violation of applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • "As Is" Basis: Your use of the Program is at your sole risk. The Program and rewards are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • No Warranty: Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. makes no warranty that:
    1. The Program will meet your specific requirements.
    2. The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
    3. The results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

9. General Provisions

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
  • Reserved Rights: Swipey reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign at its sole discretion if the administration, security, or fairness of the Program is compromised.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Swipey regarding this Campaign.
  • Any disputes arising from this Campaign must be submitted in writing to Swipey at hi@swipey.co within 14 calendar days of the disputed event. Swipey will review and respond within 10 business days. Swipey's decision on all Campaign-related disputes shall be final and binding.
