Campaign Description
The Swipey Invoice and Bill Payment Cashback Campaign is designed to encourage Swipey users to utilise our Invoice and Bill payment feature by rewarding them for paying international invoices through the Swipey platform.
This Campaign aims to provide incentives for 1st time users of the Invoice and Bill Payment feature and to continue using the platform to pay for international invoices which will also help to enhance the overall experience of using Swipey to manage their day to day financial operations.
Terms and Conditions
The Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. Deposit Cashback and Reward Points Campaign ("Campaign") has been created to reward you for becoming Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. customers ("Participant") and a user of Swipey ("Solution").
These Campaign Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. and will govern your participation in any and all Campaign offers. You are not authorised to participate in the Campaign if you do not agree to these Campaign Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify these Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the campaign without notice. Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. also reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers from participating in the Campaign at any time.
Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all verified and active Swipey users who have not yet used the Invoice and Bill Payment feature prior to the start of the campaign. Participants must be onboarded users of Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. and comply with all other eligibility criteria as specified by Swipey. Swipey reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
How the Cashback Campaign Works
- Cashback Amount: Participants can earn 1% cashback for transactions up to RM 5,000 and 1.5% for transactions above RM 5001.
- Cap: RM1000 for freemium participants and RM2800 for participants that are on a Swipey subscription plan (ie Growth or Plus Plan users). The cap applies at the company level.
- Eligible Transactions: Only payments for international invoices and bills made through Swipey’s Bill Payment feature during the Campaign period are eligible for cashback.
- Cashback Withdrawal: Cashback earned during this Campaign period cannot be withdrawn or transferred into any other form of currency or credit.
- Non-withdrawal Clause: Cashback can only be used within the Swipey platform to offset future payments for business-related invoices or bills.
- Processing Fee: The RM 5 processing fee typically charged on international invoices will continue to be charged for all participants during the Campaign period.
Campaign Duration
- The Campaign starts on 1st February 2025 and continues until 31st December 2025.
Redemption and Usage:
- Cashback Redemption: Cashback will be issued to the Company Master Account up to 20 days after the end of every month.
- Usage Restrictions: Cashback can only be used for paying invoices or bills within the Swipey platform. There are no restrictions on the type of merchant or vendor, as long as it is a legitimate business payment.
- Expiration: Cashback earned during this Campaign has no expiration date set by Swipey.
Conduct
Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any Participant from participating in any aspect of the Campaign if Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. deems or suspects that such Participant has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: a) acting in violation of these Campaign Terms and Conditions; b) damaging, tampering with, or corrupting the operation of the Campaign or Site; c) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Campaign. Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Campaign Terms and Conditions or intent of these Campaign Terms and Conditions.
Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.
Liability
Binding Effects
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to and are bound by the Campaign's Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by the Campaign Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to participate in the Campaign.
Release
By participating in the Campaign, Participants release Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd., its parent company, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Campaign and/or the use of any Campaign rewards.
Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. and its representatives and agents are harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the participant of any of these Campaign Terms and Conditions or any violation by Participant of applicable law.
Disclaimer
Reserved Right
Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Campaign without reason or should it determine, in its sole discretion, that the administration, security, or fairness of the Campaign has been compromised in any way. Disclaimer of Warranties: PARTICIPANTS AND PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE CAMPAIGN IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THE CAMPAIGN IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". BASIS AND THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND TERMS (COLLECTIVELY, "PROMISES") OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROMISES AS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE CAMPAIGN, IMPLIED PROMISES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B)RECOLLECT SYSTEMS INC. MAKES AND GIVES NO PROMISE THAT (i) THE CAMPAIGN WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE CAMPAIGN WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE CAMPAIGN WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; AND (C) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE CAMPAIGN IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
Other Terms
General Terms
These Campaign Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Participants and Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. concerning Participants’ use of the Campaign. The failure of Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
