These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Swipey × Bukku Prelaunch Offer (the "Offer") and form a binding agreement between your business (the "Participant", "you") and Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Swipey", "we", "us").
By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Offer is supplementary to, and does not replace, Swipey's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.
Definitions
- Referring Firm means an accounting firm or partner that shares the Offer with a business through the official Bukku prelaunch campaign.
- Eligible Customer means a registered business that signs up to Swipey through the campaign link during the Offer Period and passes Swipey's verification. A Referring Firm may itself be an Eligible Customer if it signs up its own business, or it may refer its clients as Eligible Customers.
- Offer Period means 7 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, unless ended earlier under Section 7.
What the Offer is
Each Eligible Customer receives a 30-day free trial of Swipey's full paid features, followed by the Swipey Growth Plan free for twelve (12) months, covering up to five (5) users. Additional users beyond five are charged at Swipey's standard rates. The Offer applies only to businesses that sign up during the Offer Period through the Bukku prelaunch campaign.
How it works
01 · Sign up through the campaign link
A Referring Firm shares the official campaign link. The business signs up to Swipey through that link during the Offer Period. Attribution is tracked automatically.
02 · 30-day free trial begins
Once signed up and verified, the business gets full paid-plan features free for 30 days.
03 · 12 months free on the Growth Plan
After the trial, the business continues on the Growth Plan free for 12 months, covering up to five users. Users beyond five are billed at standard per-user rates.
04 · Standard billing begins
At the end of the 12 months, the business is notified and moves to standard Growth Plan pricing unless it changes or cancels its plan beforehand.
Who qualifies
The Offer is open to registered businesses only. To qualify as an Eligible Customer, you must:
- Sign up to Swipey through the official Bukku prelaunch campaign link during the Offer Period (7–31 July 2026).
- Hold valid business registration documentation (for example SSM registration, partnership registration, or a municipal/local authority business licence).
- Complete Swipey's onboarding and pass our standard business verification (KYB) checks.
The Offer is not valid for personal or individual use. Sign-ups that cannot be verified as a registered business are not eligible.
When the free period starts and ends
The 30-day trial begins once your business is verified and your account is activated. The 12-month free Growth Plan period begins immediately after the trial ends. At the end of the 12 months, your plan will convert to the standard paid Growth Plan at prevailing rates unless you change or cancel your plan beforehand.
Fair use
The Offer is intended for genuine businesses adopting Swipey. If Swipey identifies activity that appears artificial, manipulative, or intended to game the Offer — including duplicate or fabricated sign-ups — Swipey may withhold or withdraw the Offer. Swipey's determination in these matters is final.
General
- The Offer is limited to one per business entity and cannot be combined with other Swipey offers or promotions.
- The Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
- Swipey may verify eligibility at any time and reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the Offer where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where these Terms are not met.
- Swipey reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer, or vary these Terms, at any time.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
