These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Swipey Cashback Programme (the "Programme") and form a binding agreement between your company (the "Participant", "you") and Swipey Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Swipey", "we", "us").
By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
These Terms are supplementary to, and do not replace, your Swipey Corporate Card agreement, Swipey's Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Those documents continue to apply, including in relation to how Swipey handles your personal data. Where these Terms conflict with them in relation to the Programme, these Terms apply to the Programme only.
Definitions
- Active Corporate Card means a Swipey Corporate Card that is issued to you and has not been suspended, terminated, or cancelled.
- Eligible Spend means a transaction made on your Active Corporate Card that falls within an Eligible Category (see Section 3), as determined by Swipey.
- Master Account means your company's Swipey Master Account to which cashback is credited.
- Programme Period means 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless ended earlier under Section 8.
- Settlement Date means the date a transaction is settled and posted to your account. Eligible Spend is counted toward the calendar month in which the transaction settles, not the date it is made.
Eligibility
To earn cashback in a given calendar month, you must:
- Hold an Active Corporate Card; and
- Reach at least RM4,000 in Eligible Spend within that calendar month using your Active Corporate Card.
If the minimum spend is not reached in a calendar month, no cashback is earned for that month. The requirement resets at the start of each calendar month.
What Counts as Eligible Spend?
Cashback is earned on eligible business spend — software, digital subscriptions, and online business services that support your business operations.
Eligible Categories include, but are not limited to, those listed below. Swipey classifies each transaction based on the merchant and transaction information available to us, and Swipey's determination of whether a transaction qualifies as Eligible Spend is final.

What's not eligible:
Spend that does not fall within an Eligible Category does not earn cashback. By way of example, and without limitation, the following do not qualify:
- Consumer and personal purchases (e.g. Apple, iTunes, personal app store spend)
- Government, regulatory, and statutory fees (e.g. SSM, MyData)
- Cash withdrawals, transfers, top-ups, fees, and reversed or refunded transactions
Cashback Rate & Cap
Cashback is calculated per legal entity. The RM4,000 minimum spend threshold and the RM500 monthly cap apply separately to each registered legal entity. All cardholders under a legal entity share that entity's RM500 monthly cap.
Clawback on Refunds
If a transaction is refunded, reversed, or disputed, any cashback earned on that transaction will be reversed. Swipey will deduct it from your next cashback credit, or recover it directly where necessary.
How & When You Get Paid
- Cashback is credited to your Company Master Account within 20 business days after the end of each calendar month.
- Cashback credited to your Master Account cannot be withdrawn as cash — it may be used via Swipey for future spending.
- Cashback earned under this Programme cannot be stacked or combined with any other Swipey cashback earned outside this Programme Period.
Account Closure
If your Swipey account is closed, any cashback that has accrued but not yet been credited will be forfeited. Cashback already credited to your Master Account before closure is not affected.
Programme Budget & Termination
The Programme operates within a fixed total budget. Once that budget is exhausted, the Programme will end, which may be before 31 December 2026. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Swipey may also end the Programme at any time by giving 30 days' notice. Any cashback validly earned up to the date the Programme ends will be honoured.
Changes to the Programme
Swipey may update the cashback rate, eligible categories, monthly cap, or any other Programme detail by giving 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Fair Use
The Programme is intended to reward genuine business spend. If Swipey identifies activity that appears to be artificial, manipulative, or intended to game the Programme — including but not limited to fabricated transactions or transactions structured solely to earn cashback — Swipey may disqualify the Participant from the Programme and recover any cashback already credited. Swipey's determination in these matters is final.
Liability & Indemnity
Release: To the extent permitted by law, you release Swipey and its officers, employees, and agents from liability for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Programme, except where such loss or damage results from Swipey's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Swipey against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
Disclaimer: The Programme is provided on an "as-is" basis. Swipey does not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will meet any particular expectation, but will take reasonable steps to address issues that arise.
Tax: You are responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations that may arise from cashback received under the Programme.
General
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Swipey in relation to the Programme.
